Evan is in his first year of the M.A French program, after receiving his B.A in French Studies from UGA in May '25. Evan currently studies Italian & German as well as French, and hopes to encourage the same passion for languages and language acquisition in others.

In his free time, Evan enjoys watching movies, being in the outdoors, inshore fishing, birdwatching, and playing the bass guitar. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi and Phi Beta Kappa honor societies and the Lily Branch Audubon Club on campus. 

Research Interests:

French colonialism and its impact today, exploration of the masculine-vs-feminine cultural dimensions in Franco- and Italophone societies, French Gothic architecture & its preservation, Classical period impacts on the development of the French language, Franco-American relations, and Medieval French poetry. 

Education:

B.A, French Studies / minor in Classical Culture, Magna C.L, 2025.
