Congratulations to Dr. María González-Ferrer, who successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, entitled "La reduplicación del clítico dativo en español: Adquisición en la L2 y variación" [Dative clitic doubling in Spanish: L2 Acquisition and variation] on May 21, 2025. ¡Enhorabuena, María!  We wish Dr. González-Ferrer the best in her new position as Lecturer of Spanish at Brown University starting in fall 2025.
Eliot Westdorp has been selected as a recipient of a 2025 Sigma Delta Pi (SDP) Graduate Research Grant Award among a very competitive pool of applicants nationwide.
