Isabelle Leimkuhler is a master's student in Hispanic Linguistics in the Department of Romance Languages at the University of Georgia. Megan Hawes is a second year MA student studying Hispanic Studies. She currently teaches at the SPAN 1001 level at UGA and is an ESL instructor for the non-profit, Casa de Amistad in Athens, Georgia. Her main areas of research interest include indigenous culture and language, second language acquisition, and exploring religious and cultural identity in literature. She currently studies Spanish, Portuguese, and Quechua (1001).
